We are a deliberately local team at Keller Williams South Sound, serving Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, DuPont, Yelm, and the communities around Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Led by Nicole Braam — a fourteen-year broker, former brokerage owner, and Army spouse of more than twenty years — the team has closed over a thousand transactions, from first condos to lakefront homes to investment portfolios. Before building the team she was CEO and owner of the Better Properties DuPont, Lacey, and Yelm brokerages, which she grew and later sold to what is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest. An Army spouse of more than twenty years, she has lived the military move herself many times over — and military relocation remains the heart of her practice.
